At the start of faire season is Salisbury Faire in Des Moines, Iowa. It's in a park with lots of trees and shade. It can still be quite warm (or wet, if it rains) but the surroundings are so pretty (not a power line in sight!) that it's hard to complain about something as trivial as the weather.
